Step 3 – Remove the Wax
Allow the wax to haze slightly before removing it.
• Remove the wax with a clean cloth.
• Rub the car in circular movements with the clean cloth, shaking the wax from the cloth every now and then.
• Change cloths as necessary.
• Using a toothbrush, wipe the remaining wax from tiny cracks or corners.
• Remove all signs of wax.
• Finally, use a fresh cloth and buff the car.
The frequency of waxing your car may be decided by the condition of the car and where it is usually parked. Garages may protect your car from a few major pollutants and keep it that way for a longer duration. But, if it is parked outside, your car may need waxing more frequently.
