A listed company can reply online by completing the response form. We then forward the company contact information to the customer requesting service via email. Plus, we now also make a telephone call to the customer in case they don’t access their email on a regular basis or if the message by chance gets deleted by spam filters. In the near future we will also be offering the consumer the option to have the information faxed to their office.
